DJ Prospect
 I started to listen to hardcore in 90/91,listening to pirate stations like pulse 90.6fm showed me what it was about and gave me a better view on the music. Following the music through 93/94, I saw a change in the sound/vibe, It was more jungle sounding. Stations like koolfm/rushfm were booming out with djs/mcs wanting to make their mark in the music, this was the spark that lit the fire for me and in 95. I was inspired to get some dexs for myself and become a dj. For the next few years to come I was buying records and mixing away in my bedroom watching the music progress, then in 98 I was introduced to a MC by a friend, this was a turning point for me as I was interested in the way djs/mcs worked together. After meeting up on a regular basis I started to see how we worked together and we both agreed that we were going to keep it up in 99. The next year set the path for me, meeting up with a mc and recording tapes of higher quality gave me more confidence to succeed, the music had come of age, I could really see a change in the music/djs/mcs, it was sounding more like music, people were pushing it to different areas and my inspiration was growing for 2000. Working hard on my style in the next year to come along with my mc, proved to us that we had got to the level where we could widen our horizons, so we started to send out demo tapes. After three/four demos we got a response from one particular pirate radio station, origin 95.2fm london.
Then in October 2000 I played my first set on radio along side MC FLEXA, my partner in crime/performers 4 the future. One year on now, we are building on our reputation as PTF (prospect the flexa)/performers for the future. We are both gaining recognition for our radio shows and this has also lead to us gaining a regular monthly slot on breakpirates.com. Origin 95.2fm london and www.breakpirates.com (internet radio) is where you can catch me and flexa for now but gaining experience myself and as a dj/mc combination, I feel that we are both able as can go some where within the industry. In the next year to come, I have set my self goals and intend to full fill them, by hopefully getting more club bookings and playing out more, as the d n b scene is becoming bigger and more and more djs/mcs are making there stand in the d n b industry.
